You will receive the exact item that you order. We have worked with the products we sell for years meaning that we have an unrivaled level of attention to detail making sure that you get your dream sofa.

Please note that colours can look differently on screens than they do in real life as a result of textures, lighting and the variation between different screen and monitor manufacturers. For this reason we suggest you order a swatch of your desired colour and material to help you get an idea of how your sofa or furniture will look and feel.

You should automatically receive a sales receipt and invoice via email once you place your order along with your order confirmation email.

You can also log into your account to view your orders and download any available documentation related to your order from there.

If you need us to send you a replacement invoice or receipt please send us an email at sales@splendoursofas.com.

We offer a no quibble 14 day returns policy. You can return your item if you have changed your mind.

All returns are subject to a collection fee. You can read about our returns and refunds oolicy here: https://splendoursofas.com/refund_returns.

To arrange your return please contact us at sales@splendoursofas.com and we will arrange collection of your sofa.

All items must be returned in brand new condition. We will not accept soiled, damaged or used returns.

On the rare occasion that items sell out, we work hard to get them back into stock as quickly as possible. If you do come across an item that is out of stock, we usually restock it within 28 working days. As all of our items are handmade in the UK this may be quicker.

Your order will be delivered within the delivery time as specified on the product page when you made your purchase. Currently this is 5-6 weeks for most products.

You may receive your product sooner as we are constantly working hard to bring this lead time down.
