Delivery & Lead Times
Current lead times for all products are currently 5-6 weeks. This is much shorter than other suppliers and manufacturers of our products and is on one of the many reasons why our customers buy with us. Part of this 5-6 week lead time is the time to manufacture your item and the remaining time is dependent upon our availability in your delivery area. Please note that lead times are not guaranteed.
How does delivery work?
Once you place your order we start work on creating your sofa. Once your order has completed the manufacturing process we send you our pre delivery checklist requesting information such as what floor the sofa will be delivered to and confirming contact details. Once we receive a response with the answers we need, we will contact you with your delivery date.
Please note that we deliver all over the UK and we need to schedule delivery as efficiently as possible. This means we group deliveries in local areas as closely as possible to ensure that we can deliver on time and meet our customers expectations and keep our promises.
Please feel free to leave a preferred delivery date in the notes section of your order when you are completing checkout.

We offer free mainland delivery using one of our experienced two man teams. However some postcodes are excluded from this and will incur an additional delivery charge. Excluded postcodes are PA, PH, KW, HS, ZE, BT, IM, GY, JE. If your desired delivery address is within any of these postcodes, then please contact us prior to placing your order and we will try our hardest to assist you.
Will you deliver the sofa to my living room?
Yes! We will place your brand new sofa or chair in the room that you specify.
Our 2 man team will work with you on the day to safely and securely leave your item in the room of your choosing, whilst avoiding damaging any walls, scratching any surfaces or breaking any furniture. Please note that assembly is no longer included in our delivery process.
Will I need to help with delivery?
No! Our experienced 2 man delivery team will take care of the whole delivery process. You will not need to help or organise your own people to assist our team with the delivery process. You will need to attach the legs and/or connect the sofa together if you have purchased a corner or chaise sofa.
Will you take away my old sofa?
Unfortunately this isn’t a service that we provide. Our 2 man team cannot take away your old sofa, especially as it is likely that the van will still be loaded up with sofas that need to be delivered.
Please make arrangements beforehand to have your old sofa removed. Useful resources are Gumtree and Ebay.
