Please note that we deliver all over the UK and we need to schedule delivery as efficiently as possible. This means we group deliveries in local areas as closely as possible to ensure that we can deliver on time and meet our customers expectations and keep our promises.

We aim to deliver all items within the delivery time provided on the product details page when you place your order.
Currently this is 3-4 weeks.
We have a fantastic track record of delivering all over mainland UK and are proud that we deliver all items within this timeframe.
Yes! We will place your brand new sofa or chair in the room that you specify.
Our 2 man team will work with you on the day to safely and securely leave your item in the room of your choosing, whilst avoiding damaging any walls, scratching any surfaces or breaking any furniture.
No! Our experienced 2 man delivery team will take care of the whole delivery process. You will not need to help or organise your own people to assist our team with the delivery process.
Unfortunately this isn’t a service that we provide. Our 2 man team cannot take away your old sofa, especially as it is likely that the van will still be loaded up with sofas that need to be delivered.
Please make arrangements beforehand to have your old sofa removed. Useful resources are Gumtree and Ebay.
If you pay via credit or debit card, payment for your sofa is taken immediately.
If you wish to pay via bank transfer then please use the faster payments methods and the money should be received within 2 hours.
Once our 2 man delivery team have successfully delivered your sofa please check the condition of the sofa prior to signing the delivery form.

We will always try to help our customers as quickly as possible.
All of our items are made bespoke and custom made for each order. Therefore it is not possible to cancel your order after 24 hours as it is likely that the manufacturing process would have already begun and materials consumed specifically for your product.
If you do wish to cancel please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you as best as we can.
